We created an incentive-based competitive game that engaged customers and led them to Lufthansa’s website.  Online tracking demonstrated that an impressive 36% of users entered the competition after playing the game thus facilitating data capture and ongoing CRM with these newly engaged consumers.  

Recognising the potential to significantly increase consumer engagement and email opt in across Europe, Lufthansa rolled the viral game out in a further 21 countries.
